Add Candidates to your Account and send a test(s) to them.
Step 1.
From the home page of your Account, select the option to ‘Add A New Candidate’ from the ‘Manage Candidates’ section of the page.
Step 2.
Fill in the requested information about the Candidate. Towards the bottom of the page you will be asked which test(s) you want the Candidate to take. If you have quantities available, you can choose to send the HARM, the ACE, or both tests.
Step 3.
Once you have selected your test(s), you will be asked to select a due date for the test to be completed. This information will be included in the e-mail that is automatically sent to the Candidate once you have processed your selection. Once the due date has passed, the test(s) can no longer be taken. At the very bottom of the page you will be asked which pool of tests you want to take the test(s) from. You will be shown an active inventory of the tests that you have available, and you can select the Pay Per Test or Subscription pool based on your current inventory. Select the Submit button, and an e-mail with a link to the test(s) will instantly be sent to the Candidate.
Step 4.
From the home page of your Account you are now able to select to ‘View All Candidates’ from the ‘Manage Candidates’ section of the page.
Step 5.
You will now see all of the Candidates in your account, the Recruiter associated with the Candidate, the position being applied for, the due date of the test(s), and whether or not the test has been completed.
Step 6.
The Recruiter associated with the Candidate will receive an e-mail confirmation when the Candidate completes a test(s). To view the Candidates results, log back into your Account, select the option to ‘View All Candidate’ and find your Candidate. The word ‘View’ will appear beside the Candidates test due date. Click on the link and you are now able to view the Candidates results.
